Step 2: Choose Your Favorite Home(s) Browse our digital brochure for information on move-in ready homes.
Step 3: Submit your offer by August 3 rd Name your price by submitting the offer(s) of your choosing. The link to submit an offer will be provided below and in the digital brochure.
Step 4: Secure Your Dream Home! All offers will be reviewed on Monday, 8/4 and accepted offers for completed inventory must close by 9/19/25.
